Jdouglas- yum... love pea soup (mostly because of the ham lol!) And me too on the shrimp. I really like the ones at FL, hope they go on sale again soon!

Pea soup with ham here tonight, hopefully. I got it started kind of late, so it may not be done in time. If not, breakfast for dinner. Pancakes or French toast probably.

RFB I agree about shrimp as an awesome go to! I'm hoping there's a good sale soon on the peeled/devained, as I just used the last of mine last week.

I think we're going to do Cilantro Pesto Pasta with Shrimp. Have everything on hand... and shrimp is my favorite when I'm short on time/planning, as it defrosts so quickly!

Thanks for the reminder Faye!! I hope she is too. I hate that I have to leave her tomorrow for work, but at least she will be here with daddy :)

I think we are doing breakfast for dinner as well with eggs (with sauteed veggies), turkey bacon, and maybe pancakes, plus some fruit.

Raesmom - remember that HT has eggs for .99/dozen. I hope your sweetie-pie is doing a lot better by tonight!

Ascherer~i was definitely thinking crock pot dinner tonight, chili maybe? Rae is a bit better but still stuffy and a little aggravated because of it. Breakfast for dinner sounds yummy though. I would need to buy some sausage and more eggs. I make this breakfast casserole (also in the crock pot). Its a dozen eggs, a half bag of hash browns, a pound of sausage (crumbled and browned), a can of diced tomatoes, some onions and peppers, mix it all up and add shredded cheese to the top, done in 4 hours on high :)

RAESMOM1612 - I hope Rae is feeling better today. Enjoy a low key day watching movies with with her and lots of comfy stuff like blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals. Throw something in the crock pot or make breakfast for dinner.

I am doing dinner easy tonight. Homemade tuna salad rolled up in lettuce leaves. Cheese, cucumber, and tomato can be added if desired.

Chicken tortilla soup! Although the chutney sounds good!
