Tonight, baking cauliflower topped with a breadcrumb/parm/EVOO and garlic mixture, roated Italian sausage since the oven is already on, sliced tomatoes, choc chip cookies for dessert.

Tomorrow sort of a take on a savory bread pudding or breakfast casserole with ingredients I wanted to use up -- some stale challah and white bread, shredded cheese and baked ham from the freezer, and the last of HT BOGO eggs. We'll probably have salad with it.

We are having barbque chicken (in the oven, I need to find a grill with that small freezer), homemade potato salad, deviled eggs and baked peaches for dessert. I am also prepping the chicken filling to make chicken pot pie probably for tomorrow night.

Last night was chicken marsala with mushrooms over noodles, green beans on the side. It has been years since I made it, and was trying to do so from memory. I may need to go back and find a recipe!

Tonight, old faithful: mac & cheese, broccoli on the side.
