Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, this may give you some helpful ideas for what to make with all the great deals you have bought on sale recently.

Tonight is grilled chicken breast (value pack), grilled corn on the cob, with fresh carrots and cukes. The left over chicken is going to be made into chicken salad with grapes, toasted almonds, and a mayo/sour cream mixture.

    Sounds delicious, Juanita!

We went to their concert last year as well and it was lots of fun. And - it looks like the weather will be good, thankfully. Hot, but not raining.

Tonight I will be at the Big Time Rush concert with my 11 year old and one of her friends so we are packing a picnic dinner and all our snacks and drinks since every food and drink item at Walnut Creek costs $50 and up! lol

Burgers, mesclun salad from a little farmer's market, and a little vichysoise for everyone since it was so popular last night. The salad was sooooooo good. Just the greens, a bit of gorgonzola, and a splash of evoo and balsamic.

Tomorrow, one of my pasta concoction specials with pasta (of course), Italian sausage, kale and chard from the farmers market, garlic, and parm.

We are having whatever my DH buys, preps, and cooks. It may not be frugal but to have him take care of everything is such a blessing.
