    DH has a meeting tonight. So I am having a left over pork chops and mac & cheese.

    Had broiled pork chops, baked potatoes and broccoli and cheese.

    Fried chicken, with gravy, rice and cabbage. ice cream. We still have lots of ice cream

    We are having beef stew with carrots, mushrooms, onions & potatoes in the slow cooker served with rolls tangerine slices.

    twinredheads - your hashbrown casserole sounds tasty - I love that you can make it in the slow cooker.

    I posted about the pumpkin cheesecake pie I made last night but wanted to repost the recipe link again because it was sooooo good.

    I had planned to make an apple cobbler, but my youngest requested a pumpkin dessert & you all know how I feel about cheesecake.

    I used 2 different recipes - 1 for the crust and 1 for the filling. My oldest does not like graham cr@ cker crust (and it isn't my favorite either) so I made a crust with 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 5 tablespoons of butter pressed on the bottom. The filling it from this recipe:
