Meatless Monday: Baked ziti, green salad, garlic bread (Prego pasta sauce is the HT e-Vic deal through 2/18 with .75/2 coupon, Pepperidge Farm Garlic bread is only .49 with sale and coupon at HT through 2/18, pasta was free with sale and coupon recently, all veggies on sale)
Tuesday: Chicken Tikka Masala from evol (great deal at HT last week), side salad
Wednesday: Honey teriyaki stir fry tofu and veggies (including more asparagus for $1.49/lb from Lows Foods through 2/18) served on a bed of brown rice
Thursday: Chicken tacos, Spanish rice, cantaloupe
Friday: Homemade veggie pizzas, salad
