Sounds good kat08858. The only way I could get my kids to eat meatloaf when they were small was to rename them veggie burgers and make them in patties or in a cupcake tin. They would eat anything you called burger, hotdog or nuggets. Brings back funny memories.

    BBQ Meatloaf Recipe:

I make mine in a muffin tin - makes for cute presentation

Mix together 1 lb ground turkey, 2 tsp steak seasoning, 2 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1/2 small onion grated, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 15 can diced tomatoes (drained,) and 3 oz cheddar cheese grated.

Divide into sprayed muffin tin, top with a glaze of 2 TBS honey, 1/2 C BBQ sauce, and 1 tsp mustard.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes

We are going to have sloppy joes with a fresh fruit salad. Trying to keep the oven off during these humid days.

Oxy, LOL! Love your plan. Juanita and always, hope you both have a great vacation!

Dinner TBD. Probably something pulled from the depths of the freezer and salad, which is already made. I do have a couple of eggplants from the sale at Lowes that I need to use up, probably as eggplant parm, but DW won't eat it, so that means cooking something else for her.

Fend for yourself night. Go forth into the stockpile, and find something yummy that I got for cheap. I'm not cooking.

Crockpot Country Style Steak - made with cube steak from HT BOGO offer a few weeks ago.

*Cube Steak, salt and Peppered to taste (I only use pepper because of the salt/sodium in the other ingredients.)
*2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I'm trying 3 today to increase the amount of gravy)
*3/4 c. water(a little more if you use 3 cans soup)
*1 packet of Onion Soup mix

Cook on low all day. Easy, delicious and just falls apart! Add some rice and green beans and we have dinner.
