Dr D - that's funny! That dish is addictive!

coupon4me - I hope your little one's mouth is ok! I am having trouble motivating myself to go to the gym tonight but your post just pushed me over the edge. Thank you- I needed that kick in the sweats! :-)

Here a recap of days missed . Wednesday was a fend for yourself night we ended up taking my little guy to the dentist for an emergency so the nights dinner kind of went to the wayside . We did burgers on the grill last night with leftover baked beans, onion rings and broccoli. Tonight I'm doing a late gym class so we will have dinner in the café. Enjoy your weekend!

I'm planning to make RFB's baked omelet again tomorrow myself. Yum!

    ybaverage2003 - that's quite a spread! Enjoy!

NAVY MOM - that's about my speed tonight! lol

Slight change of dinner plans: My 15 year old asked me to make the baked cream cheese omelet from RaleighFoodBlogger. I am making it with spinach and tomato and adding a thin layer of crushed seasoned croutons to the bottom of the pan. Yum!

jdouglas13 - I am so excited for both of you! Your new house sounds wonderful! And you are so smart to use up some of what you have so you don't have to move it. Enjoy your pasta. :-)

We are trying to cook from the pantry and freezer these days as much as possible. We're moving in a couple of weeks and trying to reduce the load in any way we can!

Tonight we are having spaghetti with tomato-meat sauce, maybe some garlic bread. I have cooked ground beef and bread that need to get used up, and pasta and canned tomatoes in the pantry.

Tonight it's breakfast for dinner since I have 8 thousand eggs in the house right now! I think we'll have spinach and cheddar omelets, French toast with the free Pepperidge Farm Honey Wheat bread I got through the Kroger instant win game, and Mandarin orange slices.

    What's everyone having tonight?
