jdouglas13 - that sounds delicious! I love creamy baked mushroom chicken and I am sure she will as well.

lindabates - hmmmm.... I love both. Would be a hard choice.

Coupon4me, love your menu for tonight!

In an effort to get at one decent homemade meal into my DW this week (since I burned the takeout pizza to a crisp, literally, when I tried to heat it up), tonight's menu is creamy baked mushroom chicken with noodles and fresh green beans. There should be enough for leftovers of everything.

Lindabates, a grilling weekend sounds awesome! Hope the weather holds. :)

Last night was a successful leftover night. We cleaned out everything it was great!!! Tonight will be chicken ricottroll ups ( freebie cheese at HT SD) with eggplant and tomato sauce for me and hubby. It's a first sleepover night so the kids will have mini apps with all my good deals at the HT super doubles!

Dinner tonight: not sure yet but I'm thinking either pizza or breakfast for dinner... gonna be a crockpot/ grill/ freezer cooking weekend for me.

No cooking for me tonight. Going out to dinner with a friend. Thanks to all for your suggestions regarding the meal planning class dish tomorrow. I am leaning towards the pasta salad with Italian dressing. Simple, frugal, easy to share, doesn't require an oven.

    Have a great day!
