I'm feeling you on the being tired of cooking too (and painting- I know, it never ends :)

Tonight my folks are having leftover pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes and corn. I'm having the rest of the pizza that I made them for lunch. And my DH wants spaghetti with butter (which I still don't quite get even after 25 years). The meatloaf will be waiting for me to make it tomorrow lol!

JDouglas- I agree, the HT pasta is great!

Glad you're starting to feel better Meredith!

DW is having some dental problems again, so something nice and soft is in order -- tonight will be baked ziti for her and leftover pizza for me.

Kathryn21, I hear you about being tired of cooking and out of ideas! I try to keep a good supply of pasta in the house as well as eggs, frozen veg, frozen shrimp, bacon, a loaf of bread and assorted shredded cheese. The bread, bacon, and cheese can all be frozen. If I have all or most of those, I can usually make what I call my "something out of nothing" dinner. I stock up when the sales are good and I have coupons.

I recently discovered how good the HT store brand pasta is. It's every bit as good as Barilla for a fraction of the price.

Thank you Faye and RFB for the well wishes! I am feeling mostly human again :-) Tonight we are having homemade spinach dip with tortilla chips while enjoying a movie at home.

LindaBates--I like simple and cheap! I've just run out of ideas and the energy to cook! I also used a lot of my frozen meat during vacation and snow days so I too need to stock up! I also need to do meal planning...it helps with the anxiety of trying to decide what to cook and do I have everything I need!

Kathryn21- I'm having a simple and cheap dinner tonight since all 4 kids will be home (ages2, 9,14 year old twins) then tomorrow is shopping day and I'll meal plan, and freezer cook when I get home.

I need new ideas! After Christmas vacation and being snowed in, I'm so tired of cooking! I'm loving the thought of Papa Murphy's $5 faves!
