Tonight is DH's office Christmas party. So dinner is whatever they serve us but it will be a good time.

Definitely a Sweet Potato theme tonight!

Sorry you are not feeling well, Jdouglas. Could be that cat allergy.... ;-) Also sorry the dog and cat are not getting along. I hope you can find her a home soon.

ybaverage2003 - I may just roast my broccoli as well. Thanks for the idea!

It looks like sweet potatoes are the theme today :)

I'm keeping it simple tonight as I'm still trying to manage the Kitty/Scottie interactions and am a bit under the weather.

Sheet pan dinner: baked chicken drumsticks, baked sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli. Healthy, frugal, easy, and no cleanup. Done and done. :)

Making steaks I pulled from freezer, mashed sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli :)

barbiedoll1967 - thanks! My youngest LOVES baked sweet potatoes and it will be a very good evening to run the oven and warm up the house. I may have to bake some brownies or something to keep that oven going. You know....for the heat...not the chocolate. ;-)

Good luck in your quest to decide on dinner. The struggle is real. LOL

Faye, your supper sounds good. I'm not sure what I'm having yet.

Tonight we are having baked tilapia, baked sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. Simple and healthy. :-)
