Ascherer LOL -- having leftovers for dinner is always a two-edged sword. It's so great knowing you don't have to cook tonight, but so sad knowing that it means you WILL have to tomorrow! ;)

RFB - I have seen your Pinterest friend -- in fact, I may be following her! Thanks for the link to the recipe. Yum!

Tonight is the gourmet buffet again. I guess that means I am cooking something tomorrow.

Raesmom - Congrats on New Baby Smith. That is awesome. I know your Mom is excited. Enjoy your weekend with family.

Jdouglas- Chungah is a food blogging friend of mine. She had done amazing over the years (I'm sure you've seen her recipes on pinterest). Here's her broccoli/potato recipe. Can't wait to try it myself! http://damndelicious.net/2015/06/29/garlic-parmesan-broccoli-and-potatoes-in-foil/

Raesmom - congrats!!! :) Even though you and I had already spoken, I know how excited you were to tell everyone! :) I'm so happy for you and I know your Mom must have been thrilled. I'm very anxious to meet the new baby, and I have learned not to feed a six month old strawberries, so you don't have to worry that I may break him/her! (it's a girl, though) ;) Glad to hear you made it up there safely. Safe travels home, too.

Granoftwenty, I ended up with M&C, but tonight may be ribs for us as wel since I found some ginger to make the BBQ sauce. I vote for scalloped potatoe, and would you please send some my way? It's one of those things I can't cook if my life depended on it.

RFB, maybe I should try your packets of parm potatoes -- those had me swooning! :)

Thanks everyone!! And yes the reason why I have been away from the what's for dinner thread is because of the horrible morning sickness I have been having......food and I are not friends lately.....feel super bad for Mr. Raesmom who has had to take over all the cooking and cleaning duties lately.....its starting to get better though. Thanks for the well wishes everyone!! I'm sorry I had to keep the secret from my blog family for so long.
