Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, this may give you some helpful ideas.

Well, I've been asking DW what she wants for dinner all afternoon. The only answer I'm getting is "not chicken". So you know what means... ;)

PCB - both of your chicken dinners sound great. Good luck with tonight. :-) I picked up a big ripe avocado at FL today that will go nicely with the chicken quesadillas. And I agree on the extra freezer. Love mine.

Too early for tonight's dinner plan, but I defrosted too much chicken earlier in the week, soon Wednesday we had blackened chicken over pasta alfredo with steamed broccoli, and last night we had breaded chicken cutlets with gnocchi in a parsley butter and French cut green beans.

I don't know what I'd do without my big freezer. It's like a gift that keeps on giving lol ;)

Sounds like a tasty Gourmet Buffet, Melissa! I pick the chicken taco casserole. :-)

Tonight we are having the chicken & cheese quesadillas we did not have last night. We all needed to escape the house yesterday so we got subs for dinner. I'll bake something this evening for dessert. Not sure what yet.

Leftovers! Choice of chicken noodle soup, chicken taco casserole, bean burritos or pork loin. Looked in the fridge and there are just too many containers in there!
