    Ladies
I can NOT find my favorite custard recipe!! I SO wanted it tonight - so soothing and warming withthis cold . I think it is at the beach house - we may need to drive down tomorrow or Sunday to check on things anyway so I have made myself a note to look for it there - I will share as soon as I find it.
I guess it is peach cobbler for dessert .
    SO SORRY everyone - :(
Faye - wishing you a quick recovery !

Faye- oh no, I'm so sorry you're now sick too :-(

Granof20- I'm with Jdouglas- I'd love the recipe, too- yum!

Jdouglas- YAY for leftovers and no cooking!

And tonight I'm making fajitas with rice and beans.

Granof20, if you find your recipe for the warm custard, would you please post it? Sounds yummy!

Feel better, Faye! We ended up having a pasta-shrimp concoction for dinner last night, but tonight we are having the chuck roast which fell apart so much it's really more like beef stew. Same sides - mashed potatoes and green beans. Maybe we will actually eat at a semi-normal hour tonight since have the dinner is already made. :p

granof20 - your warm custard sounds perfect for tonight! Thanks for the healthy thoughts! I have the cold now, but my youngest is on the mend, thankfully. Tis the season....

Tonight we are having French Dip sandwiches using the remaining roast from last night. Sides include pasta salad and green beans.
