nakabi - congrats on the first ever synchronized nap for the kids! I bet you were super productive! Good luck on that dance off! I am also making buffalo chicken dip for a function this weekend. It's always such a hit.

jtlnsw - as I have confessed many times before, I could live on sauteed mushrooms. lol

I would love to incorporate more fruit with meals. That sounds very good Faye, LOVE sautéed mushrooms.

We are having our youth from church over tonight for a Christmas party! I'm making spinach and turkey bacon quiche, stuffed jalepenos, hot wings, spinach and artichoke dip, and buffalo chicken dip. Thankfully most of it was able to be done yesterday while 3 of the kids napped. First time they have ever napped all at the same time and it.was WONDERFUL! !! lol. I've got a bunch of Christmas games planned, we will do another bonfire, and I've been challenged to a dance off of Just Dance on the Wii. Oh boy, I'm getting too old for this kind of stuff!
