I know, jdouglas!! And the sub was only $2.50 and delicious. I think it was a special deal on my Sheetz card.

I have a free coupon for Subway which I'm using tonight - WHOOPIE!

Last night wasn't too exciting - spaghetti and sausage. Tonight I think is going to be Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the leftover spinach stuffed tomatoes.

BJMHolmes3, was the salmon a filet and did it have skin on it? DW and I are hoping to take the leap into trying salmon again, but I have no clue how to cook fish with skin on it.

RFB-that does sound good! Let us know how it turns out!

BJMHOLMESS3- thanks for the tip on the wild caught salmon!

And I'm making Pork Fried Rice with the leftover pork tenderloin and the rest on hand for my DH. And I think I'm going to try a new recipe I found for parsnip noodles with a cashew cream sauce with white wine, pear and sage... sounds pretty yummy!

Baked Wild caught Salmon (HT special this week), corn on the Cobb, tomato and cucumber salad, Cole slaw, green beans, and squash casserole. I am still loving the summer vegetable bounty.
