Nakabi- Thanks! And great info on the dove too, I will need to try it some day! And you'd really enjoy a raw food class... I honestly got into it for the art of it all, and to learn more about food. And now, I'm completely sold on the health benefits... and the taste too! Every single dish I've made has been amazing!

RFB-it tastes more "gamey" than cornish hen. You don't want to over-cook it or else it gets dry very quickly. I love learning about food too! All your raw food info has been so interesting and informative! I'd love to take a class like that sometime!

Nakabi- that is interesting on the Dove... what is the flavor like? Is it kind of like a Cornish hen? Love learning new foodie stuff :-)

Both of your meals sound delicious!
Tonight is grilled dove, green beans w/slivered almonds, steamed broccoli, and quinoa/barley salad.

Faye- yum! I'm having some veggie pizza for lunch too (I'm not going to be eating all raw food either :-)

And today I'm working on sushi (using jicama rice!), handrolls with daikon and other veggies and a mango chutney, and also a kale Caesar salad (just put my shi@ake mushroom "anchovies" that were marinated in a yummy sauce in the dehydrator). They actually look like fish lol!

Tonight I am making a homemade veggie pizza with mushrooms and green peppers using one of the $1 HT dough balls on sale earlier in the week. We will also have leftover pasta salad and clementine slices.
