Tonight's chicken became chicken stir fry. I found fresh snow peas at Kroger today. Yum.

Amendment for tonight's dinner. I also added an egg salad sandwich option to the menu for those who may not want a veggie burger. I needed to start using up more of the million eggs bought recently so I hardboiled 16 this afternoon. That's a lot of hardboiled eggs. lol

Black bean quesadillas with free (Savingstar) Rotel tomatoes, HT canned black beans on sale, shredded cheese from last week's sale, Wholly Guac from past sale.

    Jdouglas- thanks! I'll call both!

RFB, I've bought jicama at Kroger, but that was a long time ago. I would think HT would have it??

I'm thinking some kind of soup tonight. Maybe a chicken corn chowder. I have most of what I need in the freezer and pantry to make it.

    Enjoy your game night, Nakabi.

Faye- good to know, thanks!! :-)

RFB - I have been somewhat addicted to the TJ's creamy tomato soup in the carton for a long time. It's a staple for me in the colder months. I have tried some of the others and they are good, but this one is my favorite. :-)

And glad to see there were leftovers. lol

Faye- how do you like TJ's soups? Just did my first big shopping trip there today for my classes starting Monday, and wow... it's so much cheaper than if I would have gone to HT or even FL. Still trying to find jicama, in case any of you have any leads!

I'm also hitting the new Plantation Point Farmer's Market tomorrow (off Capital Blvd.) for the rest of my produce needs. They are offering gift bags for the first 100 people that have $5 in bucks to use at the market!!! :-) They open at 9am.

And dinner tonight? Leftover pizza, but I think just one piece and a huge salad :-)

Nakabi - wow! That is a big group. Have fun!

Tonight we are having veggie chicken sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on wheat bread. Sides of tomato soup (Trader Joe's organic creamy tomato soup) and clementines.
