Meredith- that sounds delicious! How do you do your crusts? I've heard of cauliflower crusts, and zucchini noodles, but not zucchini crust :-)

Ww too are doing pizza tonight but we're doing low carb mini pizzas. I'll be using zucchini from Aldi this week for the crusts and topping it with marinara sauce from a HT sale months ago and cheese from HT B2G3 along with fresh peppers, onions, and mushrooms from Aldi this week.

Gator- I got one a few months ago, and the second I got it home I packaged it up for 7 servings and froze most. We loved it, and I still have the ham bone in the freezer to make split pea soup... best ham ever! :-)

We're doing tortellini (HT past triples) with chicken tenders (LF BOGO), spinach (LF BOGO) and peas (free from HT sale) using the free land o lakes sauté express on closeout w/coupons (from HT).

I have some crab legs in the freezer from FL's sale 2 weeks ago. I think that I'll fix a salad on the side.

Taking it easy tonight, having leftovers - chuck roast w/rice and gravy, green beans and fruit salad. May have to cut up another apple and orange to put in the salad. Heat and eat, then relax.

Faye, Hooters actually have great wings. I've been a few times but my husband REALLY likes it, LOL!

Leftover pasta and sauce from last night and a pot pie for the hubby.

I'm thinking about getting a Honey Baked ham and freezing the leftover to use in soups and greens at a later date. I've got some coupons that I can use for the ham and side dishes.
