jdouglas... thank you! And oh yea, day one is even more delicious! We love tri-tip. And after moving from CA also, where it was everywhere... we couldn't believe it when we finally found it at Trader Joes here last year!!! :-)

RFB, the dessert dumplings sound delish! But, I took a look at your dumpling day one post with the tri-tip... oh my, girl, you took my breath away! Where in the world did you find tri-tip here? And pleeeeeease don't say WF!

Emjoy the snow crab, everyone! I'm a teeny bit jealous because while I love crab, I tend to need a fork in one hand and an epi-pen in the other :(

OK... I'm totally getting snow crab now, too!! :-)

And jdouglas... here is a dessert recipe you might like. I'm making this w/the markdown cream cheese and fresh pineapple at HT and had some won ton wrappers on hand from a past sale, plus always have honey and powdered sugar. It's yummy... oh and excuse the pictures- that was when I first started blogging lol!

I plan to pick up some of those snow crabs today and have them for dinner Sunday. Yum!

We really are a pasta-loving group aren't we?! Love all the pasta garlic and butter/oil "recipes".

mford20, I just had spaghetti the other night with garlic and oil. I added slice lemons, parsley, and topped with parm. It was so delicious and simplicity at its best.

Since we had plan B for dinner last night, tonight will be the grilled chicken over a caesar salad, maybe garlic bread since I don't like croutons on salad, which is traditional with caesar salad. What I could really go for is something yummy for dessert!

Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Winter Squash with Fresh Sage.

We are doing the snow crab as well! I'm serving it with baked potatoes, green salad and a baguette.

I am having some snow crab. Food Lion has them on sale $4.99lb! Everyone else is having sandwhiches and fruit.

Spaghetti with garlic sauce (butter & garlic) and
    Steamed broccoli.
    Cut up carrots and radishes.
Tea or grape kool aid (made with half the sugar).
