Cokesbury - I love the HT dough balls for pizza. I've had success by thawing them in the fridge until they rise enough to fill out their plastic bag. When you remove from the fridge let the dough sit for 10 - 15 minutes. If you have some cornmeal on hand that's great to keep the dough from sticking to you and your pan - just sprinkle some on the pan or on the dough. I usually hand stretch the dough until it's nearly the size I want, then finish shaping with a roller. Just follow the baking instrustions for whatever recipe you're making (the pizza sauce jar has one). Good luck!

I got a pizza dough ball from Harris Teeter last week. Any suggestions on how to turn it into a prefect pizza crust. Thanks.
