Greensboro, N.C. — Authorities closed all westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near Exit 218 in Greensboro Thursday morning due to a wreck involving a tractor-trailer and 10 other vehicles.
No serious injuries were reported in the wreck, which happened about 7:30 a.m.
Lanes will likely remain closed until Thursday afternoon as crews work to clean up the roadway and investigate the wreck, Department of Transportation officials said.
