Cajun shrimp on salad

Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening or the week, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like.

If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, take a look at the Comments section to see the meals posted by other readers.

What's on your menu tonight?

This week our menu includes:

Chicken tikka masala, brown rice, sauteed zucchini and onions

Baked swordfish, sweet potatoes, salad

Chicken tacos with all the fillings, (free taco shells from HT through Tuesday week with .50 coupon from recently), corn on the cob, fruit salad

Cajun shrimp and veggies on a salad

Out to dinner to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday next week!

lindabates - now I am craving lasagna. That sounds soooo good.

barbiedoll1967 - thanks! Enjoy your hot dog. :-)

Faye - I love me some tikka! That sounds so good. And actually it's easy too if you do it my way with a jar sauce ha!
Linda - lasagna sounds good too- it always makes too much for me...I guess I could always freeze it.

We had a pool party yesterday and have some grilled leftovers. We'll be having turkey burgers with mac and cheese and green beans. I'll be having spicy hummus on mine.
