What's on your menu tonight?

On the menu this week we have:

Chicken quesadillas (using leftover crockpot chicken from Sunday night's dinner), corn, cantaloupe

Shrimp Fettuccine, spinach salad

Baked chicken, roasted sweet potatoes and carrots, rolls

Salmon burgers, rice, salad

Veggie pizza night, clementines

    raesmom1612 - ummmm....did I hear someone mention BAKED ZITI??? What time is dinner tomorrow night?? ;-)

    twinredheads - thanks for sharing the recipe for the ham and cheese melts. I pretty much like anything that involves something and cheese melts. lol

    Tonight we had pork chops in the oven with Mac and cheese and broccoli.

    Tuesday and Wednesday baked ziti!!!!

    Thursday with BBQ chicken or BBQ ribs with potato salad, greens, baked beans and biscuits.

    Friday depends on what we have on Thursday with mashed ​potatoes and mixed veggies.

    coupon4me - sounds like winging it was a success with the lo mein. I find I am much more willing to experiment int eh kitchen these days - with surprisingly good results. lol

    I have a haircut appointment after work so tonight's supper may be a microwave dinner by the time I get home.

    Tonight is Baked Spaghetti and cheese, salad and garlic bread.

    Still in the planning stages for the rest of the week............. :)

    Tonight: dry rubbed baked chicken, chicken flavor rice, dinner rolls.

    Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner

    Wednesday: Pork tenderloin with green beans mash Potatoes. Biscuits

    Thursday: chicken nuggets/tots or sandwich

    Friday: not clue

    Last night I winged it and made a delicious pork lo mein. I used the .25 cabbage from a few weeks back, .88 cent baby carrots and Kroger $1.59 pork loin as well as free Barilla pasta. It was so good!
    Tonight will be a clean out of the fridge - random dinner or pork lo mein leftovers or beef, asparagus and tomato pie leftovers too!

    Tonight we are having chicken quesadillas (using leftover crockpot chicken from Sunday night's dinner), corn, & cantaloupe. I'm back on the cooking bandwagon this week and looking forward to some healthy frugal meals.
