What's on your menu tonight?

This week we are having:

Crab cakes on a salad (Lobster and crab cakes are on sale at Food Lion for $4.99 for 4 though 3/21)

Slow cooker chicken breasts, carrots and onions served with rice

Breakfast for dinner: veggie omelets, turkey bacon, rye bread toast, Mandarin oranges

Chicken, cheese and spinach quesadillas topped with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream with a side of corn

Teriyaki shrimp, mushrooms, onions and broccoli on rice

    I was soooo tired today, little ziti was up all night last night with either a cold or the beginning of the flu.....no fun for me. Hopefully tonight will be better. All of that said dinner tonight was leftover tacos.

    Not sure what the rest of the week holds. Guess it just depends how much attention little ziti needs.

    Anyone heard from RFB lately???

    Here is our meal plan for the week:

    Leftover from my Aunt's house: pork roast with oven roasted potatoes, butter beans, and corn.
    Chicken spaghetti casserole with a grape salad and side salad that a friend brought Momma.
    Wednesday is dinner at Malibu's with my Momma's small group from church.
    Pork chops with baked sweet potatoes and a pasta salad with peas and tomatoes.
    Gourmet Buffet and/or anything else that shows up.

    Prosciutto wrapped chicken with roasted red potatoes and sautéed green beans.

    Well, I have so many choices for supper tonight. I have leftover pizza and leftover pasta (finished off leftover chinese last night). But I really want an omelet so the leftovers may be for Tuesday and Wednesday!

    Tonight: Pork roast (cooked in crockpot pot), pasta salad, corn, garlic knots

    Tuesday: bbq chicken (crockpot), green beans, buttered potatoes
    Wednesday: cheddar wurst or hotdogs and tater tots

    Thursday: leftovers/ or lasagna
    Friday: chef taking night off.. fend for self... chef will still have to fix food for 3 year old though!
    Saturday: depends on if the step kids come over or not as to what I fix.

    tabithaluvschris - I bet those homemade yeast rolls are amazing. I'll have to look them up on Jennycancook. And how sweet of your son to take you to dinner. :-) Enjoy your week as well!

    HT in Holly Springs Sat, had marked down pork chops so we are having that today (Betty Crocker Italian style) in the crock pot w/ garlic smashed potatoes and the corn they had on sale for .50 an ear. and leftover homemade yeast rolls from Jennycancook.com
    Tues: Food lion had BOGO on Seapak some weeks back. So, Shrimp scampi w/ angle noodles
    Wed: IDKY.... Will have to check the freezer
    Thurs: Oldest will treat us to Subway or Chinese food, he spoils an old Mom :)
    Friday: Pizza night
