What's on your menu tonight?

This week at the Prosser Cafe, we'll be enjoying the following:

Monday: Turkey tenderloin and carrots cooked in the slow cooker, portabella mushroom and spinach alfredo pasta.

I made this Sunday for dinner and it was fabulous so the leftovers are on the menu for Monday night as well. You can see the meal in the photo above.

I cooked the 2 Butterball turkey tenderloins and carrots for 5 hours on low in the slow cooker in 1/2 cup veggie broth and seasoned on both sides with pepper, garlic powder and McCormick's Perfect Pinch rotisserie chicken seasoning.

The sauce for the pasta included sauteed mushrooms and fresh spinach, alfredo sauce, 1 tsp butter, parmesan, garlic powder and pepper.

Tuesday: Salmon burgers, roasted sweet potatoes, salad

Wednesday: Spinach, mushroom, egg, Swiss and veggie sausage breakfast bake with fruit salad on the side

Thursday: Garlic shrimp, penne pasta, salad

Friday: Homemade veggie pizza, steamed broccoli
