Wow hope everyone is better soon!! Tonight was leftover night here since we are having the floors redone thanks to the dishwasher overflowing........the joys of homeownership. Not sure what the rest of the week will be. With the guys in and out doing the floors not sure how much of my kitchen will be able to be used. I'll check in periodically.......good thing I made brownies last night and hid them in the oven......it's like no one remembers they are there.....and I'm not gonna remind them lol

Sending good thoughts to everyone who is under the weather!

Last night we made the Kroger turkey breast and had turkey sandwiches on rye. We had lots leftover, and might turn it into turkey and dumplings on Tuesday.

Tonight is leftover baked ziti and Italian sausage.

Crazy busy week here, so dinners are going to be simple with planned leftovers. If I don't make it back on here, have a good week everyone! :)

Tonight we are having marinated shrimp (SeaPak HT BOGO deal through Tuesday), roasted asparagus (on sale at Kroger through Tuesday), & baked sweet potatoes. I have a yucky cold so I am thankful for an easy to make dinner.

ybaverage2003 - "Thanksgiving in March" sounds great!

coupon4me - Good morning to you as well! The teriyaki chicken with cauliflower recipe looks delicious. Thanks for sharing the link!

  • ybaverage2003 Mar 6, 9:12 a.m.

Mom made "Thanksgiving in March" dinner last night, so I have leftovers :) I also STILL have pork leftovers from roast I did last week. Will finish pork today for lunch. That was a VERY frugal buy..for about $12, I got at least 6 meals :) Rest of this week will include pasta with meat sauce and something with chicken :)
