Coupon4me, your dinner sounds yummy and healthy -- win-win!

Earlychd99, thanks for the reminder! I always forget about the slow cooker for pork tenderloins, etc. Do you brown them first?

Raesmom, just speaking the truth :) Let me know if I can bring you a meal or dessert, ok?

ThomasG, I'm right there with you. Missing some of our old regulars. Adding Losltp to the list. haven't heard from you in forever. I miss you! I was able to meet and actually hold (without dropping!) Baby Ziti. She is every bit as adorable as we knew she would be. Rae is always a charmer. :)

Ascherer, happy Monday to you. :)

Lindabates, date night sounds like a great idea. I can definitely use one of those.

Twinredheads, your BLTA sounds really good. I just saw something about a BLT-fried egg sandwich that sounded good too.

The plan for tonight was to grill the steak since I thought it wasn't going to rain today. I'm guessing I'll be cooking it inside. Roasted asparagus and gnocchi in garlic herb butter for sides.

Mon - some kind of chicken something made from chicken DH grilled on Saturday
Tues - homemade chili from the freezer with grilled homemade pimento cheese sandwiches
Wed - probably eating out. Our friend that has been staying with us for a few weeks starts his trip back over the big pond on Thursday and I start another 10 to 11 months of worrying & planning care packages. All I can say is God Bless our military.
    Thurs - Gourmet Buffet
Fri - Something fish or cheese. Maybe shrimp casserole using the shrimp I bought on sale at Kroger that was still frozen and I put it right in the freezer

    Happy Monday everyone
