This week we are having the following:

Monday: Chicken and Swiss cheese melts on bollilo rolls (using leftover rotisserie chicken from Sunday night), salad

Tuesday: Beef roast, baked sweet potatoes, green beans

Wednesday: Cheese Tortellini with marinara, garlic bread, salad

Thursday: Teriyaki tofu with broccoli and carrots, egg rolls

Friday: Sauteed garlic shrimp, peppers, mushrooms and onions on rice
