    Observant you are hilarious!

Today I really want some bbq ribs, baked beans, potato salad, sweet potato fries and corn bread.......I shoulda started cooking an hour ago lol. Let see if I can make it. If I can't then there is always left over taco soup and the above stated menu will be pushed back to Tues.

Wed-baked chicken, Mac and cheese and broccoli

Thurs baked pork chops with leftover thanksgiving dressing that I froze and some green beans

Friday......it's up to the birthday girl!!! I can't believe my Rae is gonna be 5 years old. If I know her (and I think I do lol) we are headed to monkey joes, Chuck e cheese and to the movies to see "Sing" May have to stretch the celebration into Saturday lol........I see popcorn and pizza for dinner :)

Observant- I do use biscuits on top. I've made it many ways but that's the quickest way so that's the route I'll take this time.

Faye, you had me a corn muffins. Back in the day, when I lived where there is a deli on every corner and before Starbucks existed, I would stop at the deli on the way to work for my morning coffee and a buttered, grilled (sweet) corn muffin. Oh my. I can still remember how good they smelled as they were grilling.

    Everyone's menus sound good!

Tonight we are having beef stew, with a pound of mushrooms in it, over noodles or mashed potatoes. ;)
