What's on your menu tonight?
We are having somewhat lighter meals at the beginning of the week in anticipation of the big day on Thursday!
Meatless Monday with homemade mac & cheese, steamed broccoli, side salad
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Salad, rolls
Wednesday: Egg salad sandwiches, soup (using .99/dozen eggs from Walgreens this week)
Turkey, turkey and more turkey! And pie. And everything else Thanksgiving.

Actually, we are going to my Aunt's house for our big holiday meal, but I am buying a turkey (while they are such a super price) to cook this week so we can have all those fabulous turkey leftovers.
