What's on your menu tonight?
Our meal plan for the week includes:
Monday: Butterball smoked turkey sausage with green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Sides of rice and fruit salad (using the raspberries and blackberries on sale at Harris Teeter through Tuesday)
Tuesday: Spinach and cheese enchiladas (cheese from recent Harris Teeter BOGO sale. tortillas from HT when they were $1 per package recently). Side of green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, black olives and a light Italian dressing.
Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken with broccoli, carrots and onions served on rice (chicken breast $1.99/lb, free Mahatma rice, Steamfresh broccoli on sale recently)
Thursday: Garlic shrimp with pasta and veggies (zucchini, squash, onions)
Friday: Breakfast for dinner including pancakes, Butterball turkey bacon, scrambled eggs (with green peppers and mushrooms) and orange slices
