What's on your menu tonight?
Meatless Monday: Veggie Quesadillas, Spanish rice, watermelon
Tuesday: Garlic shrimp on green salad, Sister Shubert rolls and fresh peaches from the Farmer's Market on the side
Wednesday: Teriyaki tofu and stir fry zucchini, mushrooms and onions, side of brown rice
Thursday: Chicken tacos with all the toppings, corn on the cob
Friday: Greek pizza with feta, tomatoes and spinach on a whole wheat pizza dough crust, fruit salad
