DURM Hip Hop Summit - Celebrating the five original pillars of hip hop - beat boxing, breakdancing, emceeing, deejaying and graffiti, this event will happen Friday and Saturday at various clubs in downtown Durham. Tickets start at $15.

Phish - The band plays Walnut Creek Amphitheater Friday night. Tickets start at $45.

Midtown Bluegrass Series: Flatt Lonesome - Head to Midtown Park in North Hills for this free concert Sunday at 5 p.m.
