Greg: I recall your first O-Fishel appearance as the replacement for Bob Debardeladen and my first thought was.. where did WRAL find this nerd! But by the end of your first weather report, I thought, well this kid knows a little about weather and he makes it interesting too.

I had O-Fishelly decided to give this kid a chance.

With time, I became more and more impressed with your abilities and I could feel your passion for your profession.

There was another quality that I admired in you (the younger generation)at that time too, your use of new technology!

I am amazed at how accurately weather can be predicted now and how you have helped bring that technology to the forefront. There is no telling how many lives have been saved with the accuracy of your weather forecast!

It must feel good to know that your work has touched so many people! Congratulations on your 30 years and I wish you many more.
