My daughter is scheduled to take the SATs on Jan 22nd. I wonder if DPS has considered this?

Actually, they just posted their "reasoning", or lack thereof, for the 22nd- that track 2 will be in, 3 will be going out, and 4 will be coming in on Monday. But what they failed to realize is the fact that we track in and out of rooms! Track 4 people may be taking over track 3's classrooms (this is the case at my school), so they are going to have to combine classes or put the track 4 kids in the track 1's rooms or something crazy. These people who get paid ENTIRELY too much money just don't think things through. Parents say that the make-up Saturdays are just babysitting days, and with this decision, that's what it looks like, as kids won't have their regular classrooms to be in.

I agree with you Kitt - it will have to be sometime in March - guess they are not thinking...

This can't be true for year-round. They will have to wait until tracks 2, 3 and 4 are back in together, probably in March. I'm just glad it isn't THIS Saturday!!
