Weekend weather looking ‘quite comfortable’

Triangle residents can expect “a really pretty weekend” with temperatures in the 80s, WRAL Meteorologist Elizabeth Gardner said.

The weekend looks dry except for a slight chance of storms on Sunday.

Friday will be mostly sunny, cooler and less humid than previous days.

“High pressure is building into the area (Friday) and it will likely be a noticeable change from what we have had temperature and humidity wise over the past few days,” Gardner said.

Saturday will be partly cloudy and still quite nice. Highs will be in the mid- to upper-80s.

“It should be quite comfortable with less heat than what we had around the area Friday and perhaps even lower humidity,” Gardner said. “Don't get used to this change. We should notice rising heat and humidity Sunday.”

I was talking with my very close friends Southpoint, In & Out, MrsSteel, North_Raleigh_Guy, HeHeHe, PWCC, #1NascarFan and several others and we all are excited to be outside in beautiful Cary enjoying a great weekend.

The tease is the "unofishel" one has been talking about low 80s and possibly upper 50s at night. Boy has that changed to low and mid 60s to upper 80s for the weekend. What do you expect from an amateurs?

What a tease: "It'll be great outside! Don't get used to it."
