Storms Move Away From Triangle
A band of severe storms with possible heavy rain have moved over the Triangle.

"Sundays beautiful weather gives way to strong storms. A strong line of storms capable of producing winds and hail are moving through the area," WRAL Meteorologist Kim Deaner said earlier Sunday.
Steady winds up to between 15 and 25 mph were possible, and a few storms could have become strong enough to produce wind gusts between 40 and 50 mph.
Storm activity will likely began calming as night falls, and clouds will clear overnight.
"Once the storms have passed, skies will clear allowing for a quiet and cool night," Deaner said.
Monday morning will dawn on mild weather as a weak ridge of high pressure keeps things sunny and breezy throughout the day. The high will be in the mid to upper 70s.
There is a chance of storms again on Tuesday, which will be mostly cloudy.
