Shelters opened at 9 a.m. Friday at North Brunswick High School, Old Fayetteville Road in Leland, and West Brunswick High School, Whiteville Road in Shallotte
Road Closings
All roads and bridges are open with the exception of the East End of Ocean Isle Beach.
