N.C. Department of Transportation ferry routes are expected to resume normal service Sunday morning. The Southport-Ft. Fisher route was running as scheduled Saturday at 3 p.m.
The other six routes were still suspended.
Call 511, the state’s toll-free travel hotline, or 1-800-BY-FERRY for up-to-date information on ferry operations.
