Be mindful of wildlife brought out by storm

Just surveyed my yard. I have lots of branches and some tops of trees down. While looking at an old snag that finally came down, I noticed some movement in a crack. Looking back at me was an opossum that made its home in the hollow of the trunk. This brings to mind, be mindful of wildlife that has been brought out by the storm, especially snakes. Possums and raccoons may look cute, but they can inflict some serious wounds. Don't stick your hand in a hole without looking first !!!!!
