Hanna's outer bands hit Wrightsville Beach

WRAL photojournalist Chad Flowers is providing coverage of Tropical Storm Hanna from Wrightsville Beach.

He said the rain and winds from the system were picking up along the coast at about 9 p.m. Friday.
