Groundhog day is just around the corner! On Wednesday, groundhogs across the country will be rustled from their winter naps to give us a forecast. Will we see an early spring or six more weeks of winter? In our most recent Web Weather Extra, we spoke with Liz Jones from the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences.
