7-Day ForecastWRAL WeatherCenter Blog
WRAL's WeatherCenter meteorologists take you behind the weather headlines, answer questions and look to the sky to add insight and explanation for conditions in the Carolinas.

Do the Blog Shuffle!

We're a couple of weeks into the new year, and we're already hard at work, making the Weather section of WRAL.com better!

Quite simply, our goal is to make it your only stop for weather information.  From the latest WRAL WeatherCenter forecast to information about past weather, from DUALDoppler5000 and iControl to answers about your burning weather questions, you can count on WRAL.com to be your best source for weather information.

In addition to having the best weather content on the web, we want the site to be user-friendly and accessible.  That's why we've decided to consolidate the three weather-and-sky-related blogs – the WRAL WeatherCenter Blog, Ask the Meteorologists, and Carolina Skies – into a single WRAL Weather Blog.

The change will take place sometime on Thursday, but the best news is that you won't have to change a thing.  If you're reading the blogs via an RSS feed, we'll redirect those to the new, consolidated blog.  The old links will automatically take you to the new blog.  How's that for easy?

There are more big things coming later this year – stay tuned!
