Why do you no longer show local lake levels on your weather reports on TV and can you resume them?

Posted June 18, 2008

MIKE MOSS SAYS:       Jack,      News management decided sometime back that the lake level information was a type of data that is used by a fairly small fraction of our viewers, whom we could serve by continuing to make the data readily available on our web site, now that more and more people have internet access. You can find the same image we used to run on-air here on our site at

You can also see graphs for Falls, Kerr and Jordan lake levels and how they have compared to normal, or "guide curve" levels over the past year at

Hope that helps, and our apologies for any inconvenience from not having them on the news broadcasts.
