MIKE MOSS SAYS: Brian, You are on target with the "second Sunday in March" for the start of daylight saving time for this year. Eastern Daylight Time for 2008 begins when we "spring forward" at 2 am on Sunday March 9th, and then we return to Eastern Standard Time when we "fall back" at 2 am on Sunday November 2nd (the first Sunday in November).
