MIKE MOSS SAYS: Sybil, I imagine those are hard to come by more than 11 years after the event, and I didn't see any in a quick web search. However, you can always make your own either by going to a custom T-shirt shop that does silkscreens or airbrush art, or at home by using an iron-on transfer kit for inkjet color printers.
There are some nice satellite photos and/or tracking maps of Fran available on the web that you could print onto transfer paper or provide to a T-shirt shop, and add whatever verbiage you'd like to the images. Here are a number of pictures you might find useful as a starting point ...
