You may have mentioned it and I missed, but did anyone report seeing a large meteor falling in the Northeast/Eastern sky about 5:45 on Tues Jan 23, 2007? The sky was still blue and it was white streaming/rolling down. It was really big, I even wondered if it was a plane falling. Thanks, Sharon House
In Raleigh, looking north at 5:50 pm on Jan. 23rd, I saw an object falling from the sky and possible burn up (large green flash). Did anyone else notice this? Mary Frazier
