RALEIGH, N.C.Coquette Brasserie, located in Raleigh's North Hills mall, will be featured this week on the Food Network, according to a post on the restaurant's website.
"Chef Wanted" with host Anne Burrell filmed at the French restaurant in January. WRAL-TV photographer Tom Normanly happened to be eating at Coquette during the shoot and got a photo with Burrell.

The show helps top restaurants find an executive chef. Burrell puts candidates through a job interview, testing their culinary and business skills. The final test is running the restaurant.

In Thursday night's episode, Coquette's owners Kevin and Stacey Jennings are seeking an executive chef, so Burrell brings four worthy candidates for an interview.

According to the show synopsis on the Food Network's site, the chefs have to create sweet and savory crepes, then a dish using rabbit. The two finalists are left to run the restaurant for an entire dinner service. After each face "major challenges," the owners have to make a "swift and dramatic decision."

"Chef Wanted" airs at 10 p.m. Thursday night on the Food Network.
