Warrant: Raleigh man gets $1M bond in indecent liberties case

A Raleigh man charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child was in the Wake County jail Thursday under a $1 million bond.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with two girls was in the Wake County jail Thursday under a $1 million bond.

Othon Barcenas, 46, of 5009 High Grove Drive, lot 190, was arrested Wednesday, warrants state. 

He appeared in court Thursday morning.

According to police, the victims were 9 and 10 years old. The alleged offenses took place Dec. 3, warrants state.
