The annual Walk, Run & Roll for Inclusiveness, which supports the great Kids Together Playground in Cary, is scheduled for Sept. 17.

The annual event is designed for all ages. Kids (and anybody, really) are encouraged to decorate their hats, shoes and wheels at the event's decorating station and then join in a community 1.4-mile walk, run and roll from Kids Together to MacDonald Woods Park and back. Refreshments will be offered at the end. The event is wheelchair and stroller friendly.

It all begins at 10 a.m., Sept. 17. The trip to MacDonald Woods Park and back starts at 10:30 a.m. Refreshments will be available around 11:30 a.m. or so. Be sure to bring some extra money for raffle prizes. Proceeds will go toward building a misting garden at Kids Together.
Registration is $15 per family and $5 for individuals. The playground, which is designed for kids of all abilities, is at Marla Dorrel Park, 111 Thurston Dr., Cary.
